Please note: due to the Coronavirus, it can take up to several months for the airline to approve your refund. We kindly ask for your understanding. There is no use in asking us for an update, as we cannot speed up this process.
When you confirm the cancellation of your booking, we will start the refund process with the airline right away. It can take up to 6 weeks* before the airline has processed the refund back to us.
*In exceptional cases such as refunds due to medical reasons or in case of airline bankruptcy it might take longer than 6 weeks.
Once we have received the refund, it will be automatically transferred back to you to the payment method you used to pay for the booking. Depending on the payment method, from this moment on it takes 2 to 3 working days.
Paid with credit card? Your refund will always arrive, even if the credit card is expired or closed. Please contact your payment provider after several days to retrieve the refund.
